功能描述：

1. 可在后台设置用户组权限（是否允许使用打包上传功能）

2. 打包文件必须为zip包（Windows与Linux下打Zip都比较方便）

主要使用到PHP5的ZipArchive类，Windows下只要打开 php_zip.dll模块即可，Linux下只要在编译PHP时加上 –enable-zip 即可。

修改的文件代码不多，有兴趣的朋友可以联系我。可制作安装包与使用说明。
